Yesterday I went to my farewell lunch with my colleagues. It was kind of sad walking into the building knowing you won't be back for quite awhile. I'll definitely miss everyone there. So anyway.. yesterday I took the bus for the first time in just under a year. I've been driving to the station everyday for work and then catching the train from there.

The waiting for the bus itself was annoying especially when it was freezing cold haha. But once I was in the bus, I noticed how much I missed just sitting as a passenger where I didn't have to steer the steering wheel of the car and watch all the other cars around me, people crossing the road and traffic lights/signs etc. I really do miss just sitting there observing the buildings, trees and stuff happening around the street. Really miss just bumming instead of concentrating so hard while I'm driving around.

I guess I’m just missing being dependent instead of independent and being depended on instead.
